This blog compliments teaching and learning for courses that I facilitate at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The contents serve to further 'connect' students to the 'real world' (quantity surveying, construction procurement and others). A new model for PFI?
Salam and dear all,
There are talks on newer approaches to PFI.
For example a Scottish Think-tank, Reform Scotland, is proposing a new PFI model known as Scottish Capital Partnerships or SCP. The aims of the new PFI model include to 'avoid pitfalls of PFI'.
